If I was with a group of people, we are out having fun, talking, I would laugh like this, cover my mouth. I never wanted people to see my teeth.

I remember when Merlinda first came in. She is very beautiful. She is a very outspoken person, very attractive, but she really hated her smile. When she smiled, she would basically not show her teeth at all. And that is something that had bothered her whole life. She told me about that. Her teeth were kind of tipped in and worn quite a bit. They were short, kind of square, discolored.

I will say I was a little scared because obviously when you are having something major done, you are little bit leery sometimes, you know, how is it going to come out, am I going to like it, what if I do not like it, but I came in. Everybody made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was in a caring environment because they were all really nice to me and kept asking me how do you feel, are you comfortable, and I was here what an hour or two hours and then when I left, I had my new smile. So, I came in with horrible teeth and two hours later, I left and I had my new smile.

Once we got her work done, when we finished her treatment, Merlinda was so excited. She was so pleased. I mean I could see when she came in and when she comes in now just a difference in her personality. I think she was outgoing before, but she just, she shows it, she shines. And she was so excited when we finished her treatment, she sent her brother in.

When she came in to the house for Christmas time and she was all smiles, was not afraid to show it. You could see it in her face that she was just very very happy with it.

The first time I saw Woody, after I had my teeth done, I said “God, look! Look what he did for me and I said you can do the same thing. You got to go.”

The first day I had it done, I was of course very very nervous as to what was going to happen and I was pretty amazed that these get done that quick. I mean the first day I came out, of course, I had temporary teeth put in and that was already a dramatic difference right there. Second day I came in, that is when the permanent ones went in, definitely made a huge difference.
